     Cobblestone Village consists of 14 units.  Most units have a back patio, garden area and attached garage.  According to the HOA's management company, the monthly HOA covers trash, sewer, common areas, building exterior, exterior water and exterior lighting. 

      There is also a clubhouse available for gatherings and special events.  Visitor parking on street. Pets are allowed,  restrictions apply.
